Following recent presentations to all three Parish Councils during January – March this year the design has undergone subsequent changes that incorporate the comments / feedback received.
These changes include:
Reduction in road widening proposed for the cliff stabilization and therefore a reduction in impact on adjoining land
Relocation of the restaurant following Philleigh Parish feedback
Inclusion of Staff accommodation and a shop
Added screening around bat house (Hibernaculum)
Reduce demolition of existing farmhouse walls
Reduced impact of proposed development of the farmhouse
Better division between public and private areas
Improved access to all units
Reduced extension to the farmhouse to the east
Smaller Block E
Courtyard changed from private back to public
Mix of units amended and more diverse
